These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wibid ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wibid website at wibid.org, including all products and services available therein — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, bingo, and any other gaming products offered now or in future. Please read this Agreement carefully in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the wibid platform.

Each individual may register only one account on the wibid platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts (whether under your own name or under different names or identities) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wibid reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you should contact wibid support immediately.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for maintaining the accuracy of your account information thereafter. You must promptly notify wibid of any changes to your registered details, including your contact email address, phone number, or payment method. wibid cannot be held responsible for service disruptions or failed transactions resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

wibid accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer methods. All deposits are credited to your wibid wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. wibid does not charge a fee on deposits processed via bKash or Nagad, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact wibid support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. wibid aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual transfer times depend on your payment provider. wibid reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified identity may be held pending KYC completion.

All funds held in your wibid wallet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wibid does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All payment transactions are processed over encrypted connections. You must not use payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account to deposit or withdraw funds is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. wibid is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile financial service provider in connection with transactions on the platform.

wibid offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the general bonus conditions set out in this section apply. Bonuses are credited in bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wibid platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus funds), and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is involved:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the wibid platform, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live events, or fix sports betting results.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the wibid platform to gain an unfair advantage, generate credits, or extract funds not legitimately won.
• Using the wibid platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh or applicable international law.

wibid actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, wibid may place a temporary hold on the relevant account and associated funds pending investigation. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged should contact support with relevant evidence. All decisions regarding account suspension or fund forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct are made at wibid's sole discretion.

wibid is committed to promoting responsible gaming. This platform is strictly for entertainment purposes only and is intended for adults aged 21 and above. wibid provides deposit limit controls, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wibid shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or payment provider failures beyond wibid's reasonable control.

wibid's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim and whether or not wibid has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through direct communication with wibid support should be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures. wibid will cooperate in good faith to resolve any legitimate dispute raised by a player. wibid reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform features, or payment processing arrangements. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material, wibid may — but is not obligated to — provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the wibid platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure via the support email in the footer.
